Pelvic Tilt

Hey all I am having issues with my body, I will try and explain whats going on.

I have anterior pelvic tilt , but also my right pelvis is tilted higher than my left , my left leg is longer, and my left shoulder girdle is higher.

Starting from the bottom,

-My right foot over pronates , my left does pronate but not as much as the right side ( calves peroneals very tight)

-my left vastus medialis is noticeably bigger on my left than my right side, in general i feel my quads dominate my hamstrings , but hamstrings are very tight.

-my left glute muscles are more dominant, (I had pains in my right pirformis for a while when sitting down but after strengthing the glute slighty it has gone away)

  • right hip flexors feel tighter (TFL was very tight (more on right) after some foam rolling it it less tight now)

-when squatting or deadlifting I tend to lean to the dominant left side.

-My right external oblique is stronger (I find it easier to rotate from right to left) Im assuming my right QL is tighter also

-core is weak, lower back takes over on deadlifts etc.

  • My shoulders are interally rotated, but my left shoulder internally rotates more (left lat,bicep , pec is stronger than right side, and triceps, middle lower /back I feel my left side is completely dominant over my right

  • Right upper trap is stronger and tighter than left side, also my front delt on the right side (only part of my right side I feel is stronger except obliques. i think the main cause of this is when I used to bench press the I would lift the left side of the bar easier and have to use my back and upper trap on the right side to get the bar up.

-left middle/lower back is stronger than right side

Sorry for all the info, I hope you can understand my issues, I have been following the Neanderthal no more program for the last few weeks, feel better. Not sure whether I should do exercises like snatch grip deadlifts as I tend to lean to my left side when going down ( I try my best to stop it ) was thinking of adding volume to my right side.
