2 part question:
been lifting hard for 9months. did a tes cyp and deca cycle this winter and gained about 20lbs not all lean. bf stayed about the same at 12-13%. i started cutting immediately after that cycle to cut fat. unfortunately i lost what muscle and strength gains i had gotten during my cycle, no surprise. my bf is still around 13%… argh!
2 months off my tes cycle now and i’m kinda burned out on lifting and wanting to get over some nagging injuries. i’ve started swimming recently and love the way that it makes me feel! i get a great pump during my swims in my lats shoulders and arm. i’m doing distnace swims +1mile and interval training in the pool.
so questions: what types of results can i expect from lifting 3-4 times/wk and swimming 3-4times/wk most likely swimming twice a day 2days/wk? looking at doing this for my cut phase over the next 3months.
and for my next cycle i’m thinking of doing a sus250 and fina stack. taking hcg after i get off… any advice there?

uhhhhhhh do you even know how to use steroids correctly? Did you run a PCT? You immediately cut down after your cycle not allowing your body time to adjust to the added muscle? Lots of important questions.
Swimming will certainly help you get lean, I don’t think you will be putting on any muscle though swimming that much.
Don’t use steroids again yet man, you don’t know what you are doing…fyi HCG after cycle just shuts you down longer. So your planned post cycle therapy is to just use HCG? No nolvadex or test taper or clomid? Are you trying to fuck your hormones up for life? Did you use an aromatize inhibitor like armidex during your cycle? MOAR RESEARCH!

been lifting since i was in hs off and on 30 now, but never consistent. got tired of having no muscles and have been training 5-6days/wk for the past year. not sure why you say that “im fucked” for doing a cycle in this ONE yr of training. i would do it again, and will.
lol, i did lots of research… but apparently the wrong kind. used dr prescribed tes that a friend wasnt using and took it as dr prescribed. had tamox and another eblocker that dissolves under your tongue. ran out of my tes so i didnt taper out properly. 10ml only lasted me about 8wks. the deca never got a chance to properly work in that time period.
doubt that i’ve fucked up my hormones permanently but i have had less sexual desire since ive been off, and its been 2months…

You are 6’1 200 lbs at 12-13% bf AFTER using a very potent stack of test/deca. What that tells me is you don’t have your training or nutrition under control before you used steroids. Your profile says you have been lifting for 1 year so that’s where I got that from.
SO my point is it seems that you will always want to use steroids as a crutch instead of focusing on the most important factors, nutrition & training. And don’t tell me you have that under control or you wouldn’t be were you are now…
Either way you are an adult, you can make the decision to use steroids, just try to make sure you have everything else in order first.
I would suggest you look at the steroid forum, read the threads that have been stickied (top of the page) and learn everything that you missed out on the first time.

my nutrition is excellent, 40 40 20 2200cal/day. and i keep a log of everything i eat. also using clem. i swam 2 miles yesterday and just got out of the gym today doing legs, first time back after an injury for couple weeks.
Totally agree with your advice Lexx, i should read more and post more. didnt hear about this site till after starting my cycle and learning some of the finer points.

For any reasonably sized male, I don’t think 2200cal/day is going to cause any growth.
what was ur diet on cycle and what did ur pct consist of?

Anyway I know I would run into problem mixing in swimming and fat loss because swimming just leaves me too damn hungry afterwards.
