Surge usage results???

Hi T-Folks,
Just wanted to chime in an get your results on Surge being used half pre-wo and half post-wo after the new suggestions made a few weeks back by JMB. I know most of you love it but just wanted your reactions and results from the pre/post usage. Thanks & PEACE AJ

hey AJ…I’ve been splitting the shake. 1 scoop before…1 after.it seems to be working pretty god…bout the same as before. I do have a ittle more energy during the workout though. I just feel like I need more cals immediately after. Oh well my 2 cents…Mike

Thanks, Mike M. for the feedback. I must admit at first I didn’t think it tasted that great, but after tasting a homebrew and regular hydro…Surge is definitely delicious. I find it gives my some nice energy taking it pre/during WO. Is it going great for everyone else. Thanks for the input everyone. AJ

My “Surge requirements” are pretty high being 240lbs, so even with splitting I get a fair number of calories post workout. I also have a regular meal 1-2 hours post workout too. The big difference in splitting is that I have more energy mid to end workout and I get the most amazing pumps, which in and of itself is worth the splitting because of the psychological boost. Overall, Surge has dramatically improved my recovery time. I’m working out 5 days a week with no soreness and strength gains almost every workout.

I’ve been taking Surge, 1 scoop during and 1 after. All I know is that I can train with intensity five or even six days a week now, instead of limiting myself to four. However, these were the same results I got from only taking 2 scoop post-workout. During my workouts, using the split, I seem to have more energy at the end. Which brings me to a question that I will post on the board. Watch for it.
