Okay, I’ve read the articles about post workout recovery needs. As a 160 lbs kid, do I want to be taking the 3 full (48 grams of sugar) serving of Surge PW? I’m looking to drop fat and tighten up so that I am really fit and trim for the cardio/low cal life that I’ll eventually be living in the military.
So far, I’ve just taken 2 level scoops of Surge, PW.
Also, are the sugars low glycemic or is it simple? I’m assuming that it’s a combo?
