I am wondering if there are any supplements or visualization excercises you can do before your workout to increase focus. I sometimes find my mind else where during lifting/basketball and it is hindering my progress.
Spike tablets do this for me.
Sometimes I’ll stack 'em with a little Power Drive.
It also helps to spend a couple of minutes thinking about your workout before going into the gym. Go over everything you plan to do in your head.
You could also try Power Drive. I use it before every workout.
