I’ve recently ordered the following Nootropics (5-HTP, GABA, Alpha GPC) to assist with my focus, sleep and a couple of other positive effects. For someone thats new to nootropics what else would be used to primarily enhance performance or minimize negative effects of weight training (i.e. reducing cortisol spikes)
I’ll just say that don’t become RELIANT on any nootropics. Firstly, their effects are highly overrated for the cost you’re paying. It’s not like you’ll become Sherlock Holmes or anything.
