Look into full-body routines. Machines have their use but they don’t compare to compound free-weight movements.

I hate to be “that guy” but I thought a couple of them looked alright.
What I was really surprised by was how many posts there were. I had to go back hundreds of them to get the ones referenced on 4-17. Is this all this skinny lasses do is post on that site? Sounds like some skinny fellers here…
