Most of the cutting supplements my friend and I have been reading about are all dangerous to your health. We were just wondering if anyone had any recomendations on cutting supplements. And a workout rutine or something.. Any help would be greatly appreciated :-p
From a beginner to a beginner…
You should be lifting heavy things, not asking about cutting supplements.
For some basic routines, check the very first thread on this forum, Are You A Beginner II. That’s the most helpful thread on this entire site for beginners.
Mostly, just lift heavy things. The rest will happen on its own.

You can read up on Maximum Strength or Extreme HOT-ROX in the store on this site. They aren’t dangerous if used correctly, but they are highly effective when used properly in combination with a solid nutritional and workout plan. This site is loaded with articles on highly effective fat loss as well. Use your search engine.

Well, as far as actual supps go I’d have to advocate HOT-ROX Extreme. With that said, using HOT-ROX can not even pale in comparison to the importance of good diet and a good lifting routine. In all honesty, if you’re JUST starting to cut, use this http://www.T-Nation.com/readTopic.do?id=1150209 .
You’re cheating yourself if you just start supplementing and neglecting other more important things.

just wondering what can you squat
and deadlift
If you want help with your 40 get on the roman chair and start blasting your hamstrings. Also Heavy cleans low reps help your explosiveness. This will shed tenths off your times if you do it right.
i can squat close to 400 and deadlift around 430 too.
