I’m planning to get LASIK done in the near future, I was wondering what supplements would help in the healing process.
Right now I’m just thinking Greens+. But I don’t even take that because I have no money for it.
carrots? I don’t think the healing process is difficult, my friends who had it done just walked around with sunglasses on for a week or two.

Did you look into PRK eye surgery at all? I don’t know how old you are, but the flap left behind with LASIK scared me. I am 3 weeks post PRK right now. My Dr. just told me to take vit-C. Which i already do. I have seen other Doctors recommend Fish oil. Which i already take.
