Supplements (Again)

How come no-one has menioned Glutamine? Is it because it’s included in whey protein mixes anyway or do you guys not rate it?

I’m never sure whether some of the tribulus compounds are no better than a pile of grass clippings and the rival product reviews slagging off eachothers saponin count, root, flower component etc doesnt help.

But sometimes it gives me that swelling feeling too - and that aint bad!

My strength gains really started to increase when I started eating more (duh). I have mainly been focusing on getting at least 200g of protein each day.

Before Bed
Protien Shake 2 Flameout and 1 glucosamine

Green+ in caplets because it taste terrible 4-6 caps if I don’t get the veggies in my meal.

I’ve reached my upper weight limit just 10 weeks post-comp so am going back on my diet, which means experimenting with a fatburner or Yohimbe bark. I’ll try the latter & see what happens after a few weeks.
