Supplement Frequency

I’m not sure if I should post this question on the Beginners’ Forum or here, but I figure more folks here would know the answer.

I’m currently taking or may take in the near future the following supplements:

Whey protein (ON)
Casein protein (Low-carb Metabolic Drive)
Creatine (Biotest)
Fish oil (Flameout)
Beta-alanine (Beta-7))
BCAAs (Biotest)

I’m currently doing full body workouts 3 days a week. Should I take all of these every day, or just on workout days?

Some are easy, but others I’m not sure about. Right now, I drink whey pre and post workout only. I use Metabolic Drive to keep my overall protein intake where it needs to be. I take fish oil 2x day.

What about the creatine, beta-aline and BCAAs? Just pre and/or post workout, or everyday?

I would have a serving of creatine everyday, PWO on your training days. BCAA’s I would save for your training days and have them peri-workout.

Agree.

Take Flameout and Beta7 every day as directed on the label for each product.

Thanks. I know the labels direct you to take them everyday, I just wasn’t sure if they’re assuming you’re training everyday. This is helpful.
