I did Ian Kings Great Guns work out and really liked it. I want to do Super Strength but notice there is very little leg work involved.
Has anyone combined Super Strength and Limping Leg into a 3 to 4 day per week workout schedule? Is this reasonable or am I nuts?
Those programs are old. I couldn’t even find limping legs.
Why don’t you use one of the more up to date routines?
Or you can tell us your goals and where you stand right now and maybe we can help you come up with a plan?

The program your looking for is the Limping series. Limping into October, November.
I have combined the two and it is a killer workout setup in the later months.
They are quite old but still very effective, just because something is not new doesn’t mean it isn’t effective.
Is there a good source/site for up to date routines?
Just look at this site. Several authors are posting decent routines. Chad Waterbury, Christian Thibaudeau, etc. Check the author pages and look for their more recent posts. 2 other popular programs for intermediates are West Side 4 Skinny Bastards (just search for WS4SB)and Madcows 5x5 based on Bill Starr’s old football program.
