Sumo DL Form Check

hi, i did some sumo-dls today…felt good and went for a new beltless PR. i plan on competing this fall. i just read an article by mike Robertson this week and tried to implement everything i´ve read, i.e. keeping the hips in position when starting the lift and flaring knees out.

what do you think? first one is 3x170kg = 374lbs, second one is 1x185kg = 407 lbs @176 lbs.

looked good to me, looks like your hips come up a little first but other than that i thought they were real good especially for first time sumo
