LowBar & Sumo FormCheck!

Hey guys, Just started playing around with some sumopulls because i think it will get me better levrage. So heres me doing some pulls and squats plz tell me what you think :slight_smile:

My stats:
Bw: 83kg
Height: 172cm
Lifts: 180kg/130kg/220kg (Conv), 200kg (Sumo)

Have you tried bringing your stance out a bit wider for sumo?

ye but it feels kinda weird, donno if thats becouse of lagging hipmobility or that im not that used to it. for like 2 weeks ago i pulled 200kg from floor and like 220kg from 2.5 inch blocks with this stance and when i tried a wider stance it was stuck :frowning:

When you squat it almost looks like your getting on your toes a little bit, work on mobility and getting your glutes into the lift.

hmm i see what you mean but i think i got he balance pretty good just feels like im maybe should try to stay more upright? the thing is i dont got any probs with a full deep Oly-Squat, but with the lowbar it feels good but it dosent look thesame…

All in all your form isnt bad just needs refined a little. If you are going from hi-bar full depth squats its going to take some feeling out. Keep your elbows tight under the bar, pull your chest up more to stay more upright as you descend.
