Did som Heavy Pulls yesterday. Would be awesome if you guys could tell me what you think! Been doing sumo for a 8 weeks or so and it still fells kinda weird…or im just not strong enough yet.

Try to get your hips into the bar more, its one thing to know you need to get your knees out but another is knowing why. Getting your hips closer into the bar will allow you to get your torso more upright and spread the floor with your feet to initiate the lift.
