As i was baby sitting my poor sick neice tonight, i was up ALL frigging night so instead of wasting hours away watching tv i went and read through all 140 pages of his new zone, and catagorized all his answers in 2 sections:
1)Nutrition. - 32 pages
2)Excercise. - 35 pages
Nutrition one is done complete with table of contents just waiting for a mod to host it for me, should be helpfull to some of ye

Worked fine. I downloaded a 28 page doc… starting with the Table of Contents and ending with a header entitled “Ranking of Multivitamins”.
Should be 1 after that about VItamin D ??
YARGH i forgot an ENTIRE section i put it in excercise .doc by accident.
