I’m out of Finibars…I have never been a big “bar” eating guy except for Biotest bars, so I don’t know what is available in stores…
What can I get at the V-Shoppe or GNC that is similar to a Finibar?
I’d pick up some rice oligodextrin and/or palatinose and mix it (40g carbs worth per serving) with some whey protein or whey hydrosylate.
