Done. This was a 50min workout with warmups at the start. Not bad. Felt ok other than as usual my low back tightening up hardcore and my TFL hurting but that seems to be life now.

Done. Sort and sewer and legs were trashed. Still need to be able to traverse stairs multiple times a day and not collapse. But I figure 17 sets of legs is decent in 50min counting a warmup. More time would be nice to get some more in but its life. Just happy to continue getting workouts in without issue.

Gf made my week today two separate times she commented on how big I have gotten. This not something she generally comments on out of the blue. Must be doing something right. That is all carry on

Fun weekend. Gone girl is a great movie. Everyone nails their parts and makes it quite believable. Have two different Indonesian chicken recipes now ready to be reheated for easy breezy meals. I think gf is coming out thus and staying till Sunday since she has no work or class

Decent ok workout. I think the top two sets were +1 rep prs lol. So small. But I guess its a bit extra. I hate squatting. Stupid long legs no mobility and no wanting of putting in the time to make it better. I’d rather workout and through it lol. I am so smart.

Decent workout. Chest got smoked really fast today. Was a bit disappointed with that but oh well I know I pushed as much as I could today so that’s all I care about. Did some extra stretches after each fly. Quite painful stuff.
Got out early yesterday but of course it didn’t matter since I had a late afternoon lecutre. As I was walking out I saw a blood drive figured I should help humanity and gave some blood. Nice free check on vitals. All looking nice and well

Well 45 min with a warmup and done. Was roasted and my legs couldn’t bend anymore. 18ish work sets not too bad. TFL was still pissed damnit. It needs to stop being a bitch I didn’t even squat. Gf coming down until Sunday. I am happy. That is all
Yes sir. Been bothering me since end of June. Dull pain not sharp. And just lingers. Gets better when walking. Sitting it can just become irritated. Squatting. Stairs. I think I am gonna have to cut it off.

Smith bench wide to throat. X15 add reverse bands 10, 10, 10, 10. Did some over and backs for extra pain after these.
Machine fly 3 drop sets then one normal with 1 min stretch.
Lateral raise 3 dbl drop sets.
Tri. 3 dbl drop sets.
Done. Solid workout. Nice pump throughout. Nothing smokes my chest better than a Hs machine bench with a band on it. Especially machine that arc to the center. Those are the best. The smith machine was fun. Worked on stretching and driving up which was quite painful after the volume of machine pressing. Actually almost felt big right at the peak of the workout
