Back. These two are from last week so not exactly too current. What ever post I said I took them on just getting them up now

Chest and shoulders. 450am. New bed sucks at this place. Damnit. But the snap fitness is very nice for a snap.

Very low incline reverse band bench. 5x10-15

Hs incline single arm with monster mini. 3x12

Fly 2x15

Rear delt. 6x15-30

Lateral partial/lateral machine. 3x30/10 lateral 1x20

Tri 5x12

Solid workout. Everything felt good though shoulder was a bit sore. No idea why. But man sleep was just garbage. Lucky if I got an hour. Bad bed and insomnia is so cool. Wonder what is in store today.

How you are still alive with that amount of sleep yet alone get a solid session in blows my mind. Either way good stuff!

Well day one on Ob and assisted a delivery and had a patients significant other that was on parol get the cops called on him becuse he was threatening us. So today was exciting lol

Decent workout. Insanely tired today. No idea why. Two surgeries this morning. Helped with a bit of holdin and manipulating and two stitches for closing of the laproscopic holes. Second one was a morbid obese patient and doing the cervical exam almost made me puke. The smell of her fupa was beyond nasty. Did a pap in the afternoon. Not much esle. So tired. No extra walking other than the 3 mi and 20 flights of stairs through the day

Leg curl 4x15. Someone stole the leg curl after on warmup set that would of been a superset otherwise

Squat press. 35, 20, 12, 12, 10, 18 (reps)

DB SDL 2x15 no lockout

Decent workout. Better energy though my back is just taunt so I didn’t want to push out squats or anything for high reps since I’d did from back pain and i need to be able to more after that. Assisted on a surgery and then delievered two babies so far today. Also found out even though I have been eating around 2000 cals and 100-150g of carb i am up to close to 218. No idea what is gong on. Also look worse and watery and just generally like shit. So that’s fun. Eat less gain weight and shit weight

Push pump day.

Hs incline warmup 2x20. Add monster mini. 5x10-12

Machine fly. 5x10-12 some stretched partials on last set.

DB 60* incline. 3x10-12

DB 15* incline focus on stretch. 2x8

Lateral. 5x6-12

Tri 3x20 then some chick took the cable machine when I grabbed a drink. Meh

Decent workout again. A bit more tired than yesterday but not horrible. Pump was nice. Chest felt worked well. Really need to keep focusing on chest doing all the work. It’s so easy for my shoulders to do it. Some elyptical and walking. Then off for a c section and who knows what else. Sunday I’ll be going to a state fair. The mn state fair is nuts and the food is terrible and so amazing. Cheese curds so freeze and fried. God I can’t wait.

C section went well today. Got to catch the baby. Grab the placenta. And do some stiching. Cool beans

Well quick update. I am on 24hr call tonight so figured it would be a good time to type up a little bit. Had to take a day off the gym this week Sudnay was an optional day anyways and went to a state fair with my girlfirend. Was great until 1pm when my legs got a bit itchy.

By 2 i had some hives on my legs and elbows. By 3 most of my inner thigh was full hive and consuming most of my out leg with it spreading on my arms. By 3 i had to turn around from driving back to rotaiton back to my girlfirends to go to urgent care so i didnt scratch off my leg. By 4 I had a decadron shot and hydroxyzine. and was ready to die from itching.

Which now covered both legs hip to kneee and behind my knee cap as well as most of my antecubital area. By 5 it had filled in a bit more and 6 is when chest tightness set in. 630 i was at the ER and by 830-9 i was admitted to the ICU after 2 rounds of Epi and steriods. By 1 am the rash had gone away then come back to take over my body head to toe fully swollen even my eye lids. Out of ICU monday around 12. Fun stuff. Dont reccomend.

Tues did some walking. and elyptical then legs with just my trap bar. Got in 12 sets or so 12-8 reps 3 sets with a monster mini band which was fun. Stretched.

Today i felt worse than Tues. Drove back to rotation

Man died fast. Strength was shot. And tired. But got work in. DId elyptical in the morning and some walking. Hopefully i can bounce back. I am looking horrible. Down 8-9lbs and look worse. JUst skinny and watery. Its sad for that weight drop to look worse. Have a GI thing going as well. WHich has my stomach bloated and full. Feels gross. THe steriod taper i am sure is not helping me kick that at all but oh well again just gonna do what i can.

Wait, so what was it exactly that caused the itchiness and hives? Any idea?

And the GI part seems worst of all, I’ve frequently had the issues you just described, definitely rough. Hope you’re 100% soon

Allergic reaction. Type one hypersensitive. Decently severe. Next time will be worse though I don’t know what it was. The GI stuff is quite annoying. And this bug won’t leave for a while now

Back today after my 24 hr call. and then lecutre at noon Was shot but had to get some work in. My right foot had been super tender from the ICU on. Think its from the swelling but no Idea

Ok workout Nothing amazing but it was work done. And a solid pump and feel. We will see. Gotta recover now today. Gonan have to be early to bed and up early again tomorrow then 3 day weekend which will be nice.

Got up around 5 today nice and late. If it werent for an induciton this moring we wouldnt of been starting until 9 but it wasnt meant to be. Oh well. Did some elyptical and walking. If the GF and I have time after my work today we will hit a workout but we will see. Have some talking to do first. If no workout oh well. I am sure this is a week where more rest days arent the worst thing on earth and truly not a rest day with 1 hr or more of activity already logged. Foot was still pretty tender so squatting and legs stuff might be hard today anyways

Legs didnt happen yesterday. But thats ok. Got in plenty of cardio ish stuff that morning. Today GF and I met a friend and did our workouts, GF did back and bi and friend did arms. I did upper pressing along with some sets of legs

Back today pump for the msot part. Stomach bug is finallly clearing a little bit though the bloat is still a bit there. So a bit uncomfrotable with a belt so no heavy belted stuff today. Gf did her HIIT then some walking and arms while waitng for me

Decent workout. The cable row with a rope is a fav of mine and hammers the mid back quite nicely. THe rack pulls were alright nothing cool and i am weak i know. But doing this flexng hard and focusing on hypertrophy not weight as much as i can. Even though i know i need more strength but meh I will see if i can upload some pics if ppl are interested
