ok, this has got me wondering… i’ve been drinking milk for years, i have seen no problems… no stomach pain/signs of lactose intolerance…
i recently tried this ‘organic milk’, heard it was good… well it tastes great but right after i drink it i bloat up like a balloon and i get very bad stomach cramps…
then i go back to regular whole milk next day, fine no problems…
just curious what might be the reason for that if anyone knows?
ps: im feeling alot better (from previous thread i posted), i think it was the antibiotics, not long after i stopped i got worse chest pains/swelling/bad aches etc, then it went away slowly… anti-e’s suck… thanks for the help on that one:)
peace
Look I have no proof but have a personal bias against this organic milk thing due to similar experiences. Berardi and Lowery have both refuted any advantages to organic vs. regular milk.
I use skim milk on a regular basis with no problems. Just go back to regular.
If the organic milk is ultra-pasteurized that is probably the source of the problem. That crap can sit on the shelf for up to 6 weeks and dosen’t have to be refrigerated. It has virtually no digestive enzymes left.
ya its ultra-pasturized… crazy
ill stick with mcarthur regular milk
thanks, cya
second on the ultra-pasteurized comment. definately devoid of most anything worthwhile…
also… check out www.realmilk.com to see if there’s any local suppliers of wholesome milk that you might be able to get. that would be the best!!!
not really related but , just saw a commercial for that low-carb milk they talked about on here… ‘hood’ low carb milk, 3g carbs , double the protein… sounds good!
