Strongest Guy on My Block III

A little over 6 foot.

I’ve done something similar so I will err on the side of caution and say 50lb.

This is going to be a motherfudder after 50 reps or so…Awesome!

Basically for the 100 days you do a +1 squat, yesterday was 1, today 2, tomorrow 3 etc up to 100, using a 50 lb kettlebell.

Fisch is doing it also and we are going to try to do them all in one set. :slight_smile:

The ladies at the gym are doing the 26 or 35 KB.

If for some reason you have no KB I told them to use a kid, dog or two jugs of milk. :slight_smile:
