Around 140 reps total. Went light today and just got some work in, right shoulder a little strained. Taking tomorrow off

Okay in my mind I have what I want to do, what the rest of the group its up to them.
I normally do 10 Goblet squats 5 days a week with a 70 KB to warm up.
I only have a 50 KB at the house for the days that I do not go to the gym.
