Not sold yet, but I just traded in my truck and got a 5 series BMW. They want to buy the bike, and we are asking 8500. It only has 1700 miles.

Did my 2 Goblet Squats yesterday evening. I always do warm up goblet squats, so will keep doing 10 until its time to start adding more for the competition.

Yep, I have been eating big breakfast and lunch and just either a salad and/or protein shake for dinner.

Yesterday breakfast 3 fajita tacos a lot of meat, beans. Lunch was sushi Tokyo roll and tuna roll. Dinner was a dip of snuff and Coke zero during the game. I skipped dinner cause I had enough carbs for two days with the the tortilla’s and sushi.

I have the fish oil next to the spike, do not want to take it to work. So I just get it in before we leave.

I have always worked out fasting, so I am used to it.

I’d fall over and expire if I lifted fasted.

I used to run - fasted but not train.

I think I would expire too- solid work

I cant eat that early in the morning. Hell I am barely awake as I have to drive 25 minutes to the gym.
