ever since doing dislocates and pullaparts my shoulder pain in minimal.

yes I use a 70 lb KB do about 10 reps and sit and hold the last one to stretch, no we are not weighing in. I havent weighed myself since the day one. I may do that Saturday. I have lost a bit on the waist for sure, had to go down a notch on my belt today.
Great work on the front squats Derek, man I suck at those, hate the feeling of holding the bar out front. Those 5 sets of 10 with the 185 calls for some heavy breathing no doubt.
thank you sir, back squat was killing my hip so taking a break from it. Plus front squat really hits my lower quads and ass. So things I need to work on. You get used to it like anything else. I dont even feel it now on my shoulders or across my neck.
