What do you think of SG deadlifts?

You have to have some flexibility for sure, I think they save my back more than conventional or sumo.

I didn’t do them straight I broke it up front then back squats sets of ten.

The Snatch grip deads are about the only thing your programming and mine have in common.

Lots of respect for your ability to run and lift in the same session as well as lifting without resting between sets, no way I could do it.

Nice work D! Where do you start with your SG deads (mid shin, floor, 5 in)? Gonna do them again this Friday… I know there are a few others doing them as well, just wondered what you prefer.

From the floor. This is all to set up for a full snatch, plus it is less strain on my lower back which is FUBAR’d

Ok, Thanks for the quick reply. I have been doing mid-shin… may try them from the floor. btw, My whole body would be a disaster if I treated it like an all terrain vehicle, lol!
