Nice work D! Where do you start with your SG deads (mid shin, floor, 5 in)? Gonna do them again this Friday… I know there are a few others doing them as well, just wondered what you prefer.

From the floor. This is all to set up for a full snatch, plus it is less strain on my lower back which is FUBAR’d

225 X 21 X Back Squat
70 X 21 X KB Swing
BW X 21 X situps
225 X 15 X Back Squat
70 X 15 X KB Swing
BW X 15 X situps
225 X 9 X Back Squat
70 X 9 X KB Swing
BW X 9 X situps
Did the SGDL from the floor for part of today and mid-shin for part… I think I will start using both in same session all the time. Felt pretty good afterward this morning. Thanks
