Wow.

The person who dreamed up that diet is crazy in a bad way.

The people who actually commit to that diet are crazy in a good way.

As always, no offense intended, and I disavow any knowledge of having written the above.

Story I heard: some famous actor was doing the “a horse, a horse, my kingdom for a horse” bit and got heckled by someone in the audience; said actor then supposedly said “never mind the horse, that ass will do”. Sad, but that’s the best “ass story” I got.

Side view of the wife’s ass.

Quite the transformation. And yet another “diet” that I would never have the discipline to follow.

I like how you always say such nice things about your wife. Most of those guys in the GAL forum are just so . . . pathetic.

I love my wife. She is an awesome woman

Had an interesting day.

Work Out #1

750 meter Row
(Maya did 75 double unders)
53 KB X 30 KB swings (Maya also did 30 KB swings with 35 KB)
12 toes to bar (Maya also did 12)
500 Meter row
(Maya did 50 Double unders)
53 KB X 20 KB Swings (Maya also did 20 KB Swings with 35 KB)
11 toes to bar (Maya did 12)

time was called at 18 minutes DNF workout

As if that was not enough for a sat morning.

Workout #2 was an hour later

BW X 15 Burpee 20" box jumps
200 meter run (when I started running Maya could do her 15 box jumps)
BW X 15 Burpee 20" box jumps (Maya can run her 200 meters when I returned from my run)
200 meter run (Maya did another 15 burpee box jumps then ran a 200 meter)

When she got back from her run we then were to finish the remaining time by doing as many thrusters as possible for the remaining time. 11 minutes was the workout

115 lbs for me
75 lbs for Maya we did a total of 44 only one person could go at a time.

Hey Bud, I tried sending you a PM this week but it wouldn’t work, maybe cause it was while you are at work. Thought I’d try here if that’s okay. It’s about a blood check I’m getting for a medical. More specifically the twelve hour fast for it. No fucking way I go that long without food.

Let me know if it’s okay to ask here.

BTW, you look like that actor Josh Brolin lol.

Last thing to do was push the wife on a sled for 60 meters about 15 minutes after this last workout. Did it in 20 seconds, and this really finished me off for the day. Spent the remaining part of the day eating chicken wings and drinking Shiner Blonde.

Okay, thanks. Eight is way better than twelve. I eat a bowl of oatmeal within five minutes of waking up normally. My wife thinks it’s strange that my stomach rumbles in my sleep. I wake up starving, always been this way.

Good job! That looks like so much fun although I’ll bet you were spent afterwards.
