Now after a month being off the diet and doing the transition phase, I am weighing 204.3 which is why I took the picture the other day. The transition phase is basically South beach/Paleo, introduction of Fat back in the diet. Still no sugars etc.

Yes it was very interesting, I changed nothing else in the diet, the only thing was eating a few pickle spears and no weight change.
Jlo told me to stop the diet or I was going for the full 44 days. She likes me at this weight.
Holy crap. 500 kcals a day is concentration-camp levels of energy intake. I read somewhere that the prisoners in the Dachau, Germany Concentration Camp got around 530 Kcals a day. My hats off to you my friend, that’s balls out.
