Video is gay just ignore that part.
I have not weighed since last week actually. I had to go buy all new pants went down to a 36 waist and I still have about 2 inches free. I could probably fit into 34’s but would not fit my ass and thighs. Right now its pretty much just eating meat and veggies, only carbs I get are from an apple a day and a sweet potato at lunch.
So pretty much eating this every day
3 boiled eggs for breakfast
8 oz of sirloin for lunch with 1/2 a sweet potato
1 apple
8 oz of sirloin for dinner with bowl of lettuce/tomato/some onion/bell pepper and oil/vinegar dressing
Spoonful of natty almond butter right before bed.
Yea, that was ghey.
I thought I didn’t eat much, holy crap what’s that like 1000 calories?
FWIW Smuckers all natural PB is the shiznit!

Hey…have you ever heard of those contests where you have to run a race while carrying your wife? You typically win like her weight in beer. I bet you guys would be really good at that.

No workout today
Have not weighed myself in a week, wanted to see where I was.
204.8
I have settled to the 205 range I wanted without to much difficulty, actually been more strict this week, so have probably dropped a few.
