Sorry guys, I was out of town for 2 straight weeks, when I got back I have been non-stop and just have not had time. Being out of the office also so next two days will be busy catching up. I suck I know but give me a few more days.
I have been following along. I am interested in your write up also. You said you took before and after pics correct
I took before pics and that is what is delaying is the after picts. The wife had me running around all day Saturday and Sunday. I literally got off the plane Friday, took the youngest daughter to her Job orientation, went to dinner then to a MMA fight down town Houston. Got home about midnight.
This was really for me to see if I could do it. I am still weighing 205 and everyone I am around now has seen and make comments that there is a major difference in my appearance.
