Okay at ranch, and did not go off diet last night, spent it helping put up deer blind. I get EGGS and Sausage in a few minutes.

202 is close enough to 200… Spill the beans already! I wana participate in this hell like diet!
Don’t know if i’m right but i get the idea ur doing an extreme keto diet but also limiting calories a hell of a lot aswell?
Sub 1500 cals from protein and fats only?

Weight 204.5 goal is to maintain this over the next 21 days, if I lose fine, if I dont fine.
How did the first day back to lifting feel? Been following, great discipline on the diet.

Didnt feel like I lost a ton on strength overall, just stamina is shot to hell. Going to take a month or so to get that rep range back.

Have not done any leg work in 6 weeks letting back heal up with the weight loss did not have a ton of reserve in the legs. But felt good to get back on the horse.
So how’s 205 treating you? Do you have hawt abz?

205 is perfect for me, got a little 4 pack. Back is feeling better, no issues, now its just getting back to lifting and try to put on some definition.
