For the fat lose, then should settle out at 205, then just do a continual muscle building fat loss slow “gain”

Lol it is custom from my longevity Doc. I am going to post before and after picts with pictures of the food etc. This is not a BBing diet, this is strictly I wanted to drop back down. Was up to 260 again last year and just not healthy for me.

Feeling okay. No strength levels have dropped, just no weigh (pun intended) around it.
My work outs past month have been for rehab and totally cardio. I again dont feel to bad, but dropping weight like this is one of the toughest things I have ever done.
