Wow on the diet…how tall are you?
I’m on a 4 on 3 off diet myself to get down to 181.9 by 11/10…I fast and only eat one meal Monday - Thursday and then drink and eat like a small pig on Fri - Sunday.

Okay was a mini vaca with the wife in Galveston went off for 36 hours, ate like a man about to die yesterday after BeachDash. Gained 3.5 pounds but been back on since yesterday at 7 so should be back to normal in the morning.
I think I was about 35 min on the Dash yesterday, was second one done out of all our crew.
The blow-out refeed will probably actually help with the fat loss. No worries. 3.5 lbs. is water weight.

I agree, plus it was a great weekend with the wife with hotel sex and food. Was worth it totally.

However I did get 97th over all of 1648 people.
