I am taking a photo log of this diet, I took before pictures, pictures of my food, the scale. When I am done I will be taking after pictures and then plan on posting the full details of what I have been doing.

By next Saturday I should be at 209 or so. I am at day 16 of 40 and if I hit 195 then I will stop and go into the transition part of the diet, to stabilize at that weight for another 21 days.

Yesterday was the worst day, went to a get together at a restaurant. All I got to have was iced tea plain no sweetener, had to leave early due to smell of food had to stop and puke after I left.
