Yep have really never hurt myself going for PR, it’s normally just some normal to light weight were I lose form.

Day 4 of a very strict diet, took beginning pictures, over the next 40 days, will be doing a lot of mobility work, some direct arm work, single leg work and core work. I am taking this time to correct some imbalances and get my joints to heal up. No way could I lift heavy during this time since I will be so restricted on calories really no point in even trying. After its over I will post before and after pictures, and this is for total BF % loss.

Actually yes part of this diet I am on have to weigh daily at same time no matter what, so scale in suit case and brought my cooler with food packed. Didn’t leave hotel just drank water microwave food and suffer.

The wife ran a CF competition for all the profit to go to local no kill animal shelters yesterday so I was a volunteer. This is the picture from the final or 3rd work out, tire flip 100 yards with burpees between flips.

No workout yesterday and weight was only 224.4 only down .1 pound but I figured out what was wrong and fixed it.
