I hope all goes well with your business plans. When you make it big can I have a very low interest loan?

Workouts are looking impressive as ever.
Lol of course.

This week has been a whirlwind for work. Things are just exploding which is awesome. However workouts have suffered but that is just temporary, will be back in the gym the next two days for sure.
You’re a PA right? I can’t remember. Cool things are exploding for you. Always great when good things happen to good guys.

Family Nurse Practitioner same as a PA, I do occupational medicine so for companies I do all their medical management, ie drug screen programs, pre-employment physicals, hearing surveillance and respirator fit testing. Plus we have a data management division that keeps all this digitalized. I am a regional manager for the central/west division, working on being a partner.

Transition in front, I didnt drop down I was just muscling up. I am working on my Oly lifts, have 0 training and experience. One of those days I was in a hurry to get home so couldnt take my time.

Are you doing the full squat or power versions of the lifts? During the time that I trained in a OL club (only 6 months, so I’m no expert by any stretch of the imagination), doing 10-20 singles on the minute with the quick lift variations was a good way to drill technique and build confidence. You were only able to increase the weight when you made it through all the singles without a miss.
