YAY, DJ! Good to see you back. Kudos on finishing up the GS challenge! I did a little happy dance when I finished on Thursday - and then Fisch put 100 of them into today’s morning KB session! Really, though, it’s not bad when they’re in there as they are broken up with other exercises. He and I are going to figure out something else for me to work on now that the daily goblets are done. :slight_smile:

Yes I am glad and the body comp I had to drop with the Tucson job going on I was out of town to much with clients.

Instead of a challenge we should just make sure to get in some type of movement we suck at and to per per week like: Pullups for 150 reps.

The wrist is better I kept compression on it for 3 full days then no lifting for 5 full days. It is down in size and no pain. The hammie healed up pretty well, I will see tomorrow when I do PC and snatch Dead.

I am down with the pullups, it is a weak exercise for me

This week has been a whirlwind for work. Things are just exploding which is awesome. However workouts have suffered but that is just temporary, will be back in the gym the next two days for sure.
