Hi KB are you as tired of them as I am?[/quote]

haha…yes - but we’re going to finish this thing, right?!.
Fisch had asked me if I was planning to continue on past 100, and I said no…will switch to working on something else, probably more upper body stuff.

^ My left knee is crunching pretty good and my left hip is a little creaking. I look forward to getting this done and will not do something like this for at least a year.

Okay skipped today, tomorrow and Friday, out of town for work. Wrist is swollen up again, hammie still a little sore. That means Sat I will have a shit ton of Goblet Squats to do but oh well.

I started taking glucosamine-chodro recently because of issues like this. My crunching started turning into pain.

^ Did it help? I know from research studies that only really helps for the knees for some reason.

I think my cyst is back in my wrist.

I’ve only been taking the stuff for a week. I’ll let you know if there is any relief.

The wrist issue really sucks. Didn’t you just have surgery for that?

I feel like buying a kettle bell so I can do this challenge…

Yes but this is worse cause she is the Practitioner that actually works for the surgeon that did my wrist. They are both giving me the stink eye.

So I have been wearing and Elite wrist wrap 24/7 since Sat morning.
