x2 I’m kind of kicking the idea around with 35lb KB

James, Dday, Joe, I have really worked on form honestly to help carry over to back and front squat. Only problem is hip is getting a little sore, but hard to tell if that is just over use or just a normal little twinge. Still seems my thighs and ass are growing some. I just know now it sucks donkey balls if I miss a day. Like had to do 151 of those fuckers today.

Day 79 of Goblet squats did 90 in the workout.

so, I finally goggled ‘dislocates’…you do them alot, can you tell me what the goal is with them, and how many do you do? is it more of a warm up exercise?
