53 KB X 20 X OH KB Squat 10 R and 10 L (these fuckers are hard)
400 meter run
53 KB X 20 X Goblet squat day 60 (somewhat cheated since I had done DB squats and OH KB Squats)
LOL, haven’t done them in a while, but agreed on the OH KB squat!
Sounds like Saturday was the day to work the goblets in throughout the session; I did 160 during the course of regular KB class and called it done for the 60 that day, even though it was broken up a little instead of one set straight through. Will get the 62 for today later…
Yea kind of wimped out on Sat I’ll catch up the 40 today

I tried trapbar deads supersetted with a 50 yard run/jog on Saturday after reading what you’ve been doing. What a joke. Totally got my ass handed to me. I’m even more impressed with what you’ve doing now.
Thanks man that means a lot, now my goal is just keep moving the weight up along with the cardio. Maybe someday get at least halfway to Alpha’s type workouts.

Alpha is a mutant. Deadlift my max for reps then run a mile with a weighted pack. Steve

Yea this was really not a bad work out I have been traveling a lot, surgery, other shoulder issues. So past month been running more and dropping some weight. Not hitting heavy weights for a bit. My wrist is almost healed up, Monday I did a few push presses with 185 and my thumb went numb for 24 hours. So I am just very hesitant to start putting a load on my wrist yet.
Joe just waiting on the wrist to heal, plus we are almost done with this BF comp sometime in the next two weeks. Plan on in May starting back on the 5/3/1 for MP/PC/FS
Kind of my own design the wife has been going to a CF that is owned by her boss who is an orthopedic surgeon. The head trainer is a X PL/Strongman kid so him and I kind of do our own thing. If the CF crew is doing a workout that falls in line with what body part I need to hit then I will modify it and do it. Some days when I am just beat up from heavy lifting I will do some of their workouts with the light weights, kind of an aerobic deload type workout.
In May will be doing 5/3/1 on Mon-Wed and Friday.
Mon is Military Press currently at 225 strict press max there
Wed is Power clean have not maxed yet but was doing reps with 225
Fri is front squat max is 315
these three lifts are what I am currently trying to increase, I want to eventually get some Oly lifting in.
Basically I am gearing myself more to an athletic/football weight training type workout if that makes sense.

I am pretty sure that dude came by our gym. Someone who said they run (but not own) CF Unity came anyways, maybe Sean or something? Him and his wife. They kinda picked a bad day in that Josh was going for his first 800 deadlift and he likes to get slapped around to get pumped. They just kinda watched like these guys are maniacs and we haven’t seen them since. :-0

Shaun told me about it, he just works a bunch at Unity and would love to spend more time there, but he just doesnt have the time. He also does a lot of martial arts training etc.
Him and his girl have done PL meets and strongman meets, a few years back. He was not skeered off he just already has enough on his plate.
