Hey KB we have had a hell of a month, past weekend was out of town for our youngest Cheer competition. Had to catch up today, then I get to travel to Arizona at noon. So I will be doing catch up again Friday when I get back. yes catch ups sucks very, very much.
Good to hear from you! I’ve had a busy month, too - but it was mostly good for vacation. The week after has been rough with trying to get re-organized and back into things.
Safe travels - and OUCH, in advance for when you return!

Well maybe that explains why I took on this goblet squat challenge; I’ve been called “evil” on more than one occasion. Apparently, the bad side of my Gemini self is trying to bust out…mwahahahaha!

Nice job this morning big D, those goblets are a great exercise IMO. Rebel Race in Dallas in August…you up for it? Gonna be a hot one for sure.
Never heard of that one, can I google it or do you have a link?

Friday almost healed from the surgery just going to start back Monday on upper body
Warm up 400 meter run, dislocates, Push ups (wrist held up), foam roll
53 KB X 20 X Goblet Squats
400 meter run
times 10 rounds in 35 minutes
18 extra Goblet squats at the end to catch me up after being out of town.
Glad to read your surgery went well. I’m most impressed with 10 rounds of 400 meter runs. You must in great shape. I read somewhere Dan John said the toughest workout was front squats supersetted with 400 meter runs.

I am getting there Eco, a year ago I could not have run 400 meters without oxygen and someone to put an AED on me. Now I can run 3-4 miles easy at 8-9 min miles. Which is not great but at 230 pounds not bad I think.
53 KB X 20 X OH KB Squat 10 R and 10 L (these fuckers are hard)
400 meter run
53 KB X 20 X Goblet squat day 60 (somewhat cheated since I had done DB squats and OH KB Squats)
LOL, haven’t done them in a while, but agreed on the OH KB squat!
Sounds like Saturday was the day to work the goblets in throughout the session; I did 160 during the course of regular KB class and called it done for the 60 that day, even though it was broken up a little instead of one set straight through. Will get the 62 for today later…
I tried trapbar deads supersetted with a 50 yard run/jog on Saturday after reading what you’ve been doing. What a joke. Totally got my ass handed to me. I’m even more impressed with what you’ve doing now.
