I read some sort of Broscience somewhere that said eating fat before a workout helps to prime fat burning systems, so then you burn more fat during the session. Opinion on this broscience since you eat fat before you work out?

^ Its Broscience. I try to get in 6-9 pills of fish oil a day. I just take it in the morning so I dont have to double up when I get home at night. I am on the belief for my body that I burn more fat working out fasting, why this does not give me as big of lifts I battle the inner fat kid.

Running against 4 other people
200 meter X 3 X Run (not jog) with 90 sec rest in between. Was 2nd place first two and 1st last one
100 meter X 2 X Sprint with 60 sec rest in between 2nd place both times.
This was fun, but fuck me tender I have not sprinted in a while, hammies were feeling it.

I’m getting ready for bed right now. I was off nights for a while and I kind of liked it. Is it possible I’m really a normal person? 0_0
I would do your goblet squat thing but I’m dealing with knee stuff so I am trying to get the knee strong and let it heal too. I’m basically trying to only do what doesn’t hurt.lol And trying out single leg stuff too(pistols, high step ups, step downs). So not completely avoiding pain but trying to keep it to a minimum.
I have coffee at the beginning of my day(2 cups) but I have problems relaxing before bed so that’s all the caffeine I get to have.
