In the arm, I had the tetnus shot, but didnt have much more than a little discomfit for a couple days. My min law also got the shot at the same place and also had an incredibly sore arm, she couldnt lift it, so i thought it was the ā€œnormā€.

I’ve been good but having to put out what seemed like a lot of small fires all at once. Things have calmed down a bit now so I should be around a lot more.

Yea all this is nonstop from start to finish.

My shirt, shorts and socks are all soaked like I jumped in a pool. And this is done at 5 am

I remember you posted that brutal looking diet to get your weight where you wanted it, have you seen any rebound or are you hanging around your goal. I’m kind of torn between the Dan John scorched earth approach to weight loss and doing it slower over a longer time. Seems like you’re standing tall on some scorched earth here, how are you feeling.

You are a glutton for punishment. Your workouts would kill me. All those cleans and snatches on top of running a total of 3 miles. Great work DJ.
