Lol

You should see my work schedule.

Not to get all old and shit, but when I was your age I was recently divorced, worked 60 hours a week at two jobs, was going to school full time and got my kids 3 days a week every week. Pretty much averaged 4 hours a sleep for 10 years. I dont know how the fuck I did it now looking back.

Replying to your last post in the thread that shall not be named…

How fast are you running those 800 meter runs? Those kind of sprints with bench and squats thrown sounds like it would humble the most high of high in the crossfit world. Excellent conditioning.

Okay back is better but still giving me a little bit of trouble, slowly getting back into lifting heavier weight.

The answer to this might be nested somewhere else in your log: do you train at home or at a gym?

I like the idea of starting every workout with a 500-meter row as a general get-the-body-moving thing (not all that different from doing most of my training sessions shortly after riding my bike a short distance). If you work out at home, I assume that you’ve purchased a C2 or something?

No sir. I worked out at home for years, but about 4 years ago after moving to Houston I made friends with an Ortho Dr who owned a CF. I moved my power rack to his gym and used all his weights for years. Now he expanded the place and has more power racks, oly stations, DL stations, leg press etc.

I use the commercial rowers he has there. I dont push it on the rowers, its more just to get the blood flowing and wake my ass up at 4:45 in the morning.

I have a long back history of disk herniation’s. So if I over do it on Oly lifts I will feel it for days.
