What does the diet look like? That is awesome. I am as lean as I’ve been most of my adult life, which means I’m still carrying too much fat, and I’d like to shuck another 10-15 pounds of fat.

Man this is not really a BB diet, this is a middle age I’m to fat and going to have a heart attack diet. While I was not there, I had to drop down to 200 lbs. My back gives me fucking fits when I get over 225.

The injectable HCG diet, its brutal and you have to follow it to the T.

I have eaten 500kcal a day since March 31st. I have actually eaten the exact same thing every day since then.
3 oz of chicken in 4 oz of crushed tomatoes for lunch and dinner
1 apple at 3 pm
1 orange at bedtime
.125 cc of HCG injected in my deltoid daily

Got to 202 and called it quits on 500kcal diet yesterday. Now it’s chicken and salad till August.

Still going to keep the kcal below 2 K daily and supplement with an egg/meat protein powder.

500kcals is low- like boyrexia wrestler low.
hopfully that big a jolt did its job.
