Hi, what I am doing is strictly for my personal health and wellness. Things to keep me healthy into my 70’s. I manage my calories in per day and my calories spent per day to keep me between 180-185. At 51 I really do not wish to go after the power lifting numbers and I am never going to step on a stage. I’m a gym rat that just loves to work out and challenge myself daily. Boring for many.
