Just a reminder… you literally said this. You’ve had multiple experienced lifters give you their input, it just seems like you didn’t like what their comments were.
It’s probably best that people regard you as someone who isn’t really looking for advice, so offering more input is essentially talking to a brick wall. Wintergirl isn’t interested in changing her training or nutrition, so trying to explain why she should is a dead-end.
Wintergirl, if you want to keep logging your training here, go for it. If you want to keep posting more threads asking for help, go ahead. But understand that if you’re going to post online (anywhere, not just this forum), you need to put on your big girl pants first, because you’re not always going to like what you hear.
The diet input is misleading & incorrect, not necessarily to deal with like nor dislike. Training input is subjective, since it all depends on person’s recovery, so I won’t say it is misleading, I will say it is wrong for me.
Yes I have asked for advice of “real” professional advice, not some immature ones who thinks eating chicken is a shitty diet.
I have posted any relevant questions in the sub forum, there are no issues over there but to think that chicken eggs rice brown bread oat cereal is a shitty diet, that is quite misleading.

Workout A: SL3x5: 35 minutes
Squat:
2x5 body weight
3x5 16kg barbell (+1kg/2lbs progression)
Military:
1x10 resistance band attached to bench
5/5/4 11kg barbell (progression: none) - 1st failed in last set
Deadlifts
1x5 16kg barbell (+3kg/6lbs progression)
Rest/Rep: 3 minutes
Rest/Exercise: 4-5 minutes
Comments:
I tried 12kg on military press but was not able to lift it with good form.
I failed when I lifted the 11kg from previous set in last rep.
I think I was trying to improve my form, so the real weight I can handle is still 11kg only.
Rest of exercise are fine. Probably just a bad day. Will continue to push, starting Week 3 next Thursday.
@atlashrugged I think you are right. My alarm bells rang when reading the CT thread started by dlegend, and then replied to by this person, as if it was posted without checking who they was logged in as. We could be a mile off but it’s a possibility.
