Hey wintergirl, I haven’t drank any hater-ade (smirk) so no worries about me. Do you eat other meals other than breakfast? Your diet after working out is just as crucial as what you eat before.

Dont follow medical advices for diet, they are awful. They are probably the ones that told you its good to eat cereals and milk, it is the worst part of your diet.

Doctors are not formed in nutrition and have to tell you things approved by agro lobbies.

I think the best approach is to choose the best individual food, as in “super food”, like blueberries, organic beef, broccoli, greek yogurt, etc and eat how you want with that.
