I was doing leg extensions one leg at a time today after squats and noticed that my right leg shakes A LOT on the negative. My right leg is a little bit stronger and a lot bigger than my left leg and i followed ian king’s weak side rule. i did left leg first and same weight and reps for right leg as i did left. i used like a 311 tempo, but on the way down it was crazy how much my right leg was shaking. My left leg didn’t hardly shake at all though. any ideas of why it would do this? wouldnt the weaker leg usually shake more?
