It’s true. Don’t even remember how I got 'em. Probably doing something dumb like going too low on dips or dumbbell bench. If I could take it back, I would.

My sister swears by Bio oil, me personally, i dont care about them. They seem to fade overtime.

Yes, in the US it isn’t just Jews and Muslims who chop half of it off before they even know how big it will get…

Funny enough,I’ve never had them, but I think it is common with lifters who bench a lot,on the other hand I have a friend who benches too much, yet he doesn’t have them.

When I started lifting, the advice I kept hearing in the gym was to use cocoa butter, but to be honest, despite going to bed smelling wonderful each night, I can’t say that it really did anything. The only solution I’ve found is time. Mine have faded quite a bit as the years went on.

Wear em with pride man. Most people never work hard enough to get them.

Stretch marks = battle scars in my book.

Also, I don’t think there is anything you can do to get rid of them other than let them fade over time.

Damn right!

Stretch mark marks means success! Now if it you have stretch marks on your stomach, you might wanna reevaluate your diet! Keep growing and throwing on coco butter.

I actually remember the first time I started to get some I was so proud lol. This is how I view them, it’s part of the game.

skid marks = battle scars.

…nose bleeds and skid marks.

after dead lift day if my shorts aren’t brown i know i didn’t do serious battle.

Uhhh when did stretchmarks have anything to do with lifting and not growth? Are stretchmarks not simply from growing too fast for the skin? Rosehip Oil as well I’m pretty sure.
