We all know it helps, and I always warm up and do dynamic stretching before training (judo or weights). I only stretch after training about half the time, mainly due to laziness, partly not knowing a good stretching routine/being bored of doing the exact same stretches every time.
Does anyone know of any good books or articles on stretching they could recommend? Anything they have had success with? It doesn’t have to be an hour long stretching session. Something to do after training, and also a couple of times a week to have a really good stretch. Anything to get a bit more flexible as I believe this would also help me become stronger.

I do yoga stretches. I’m alittle biased because I’m a yoga instructor. There are alot of books on the topic. You can also get good videos free by typing yoga into the youtube search bar. The sun salutation is a great stretch for any lifting session.
